Artist Gnosis6FR Blue Cloud Electric Guitar w/ Floyd Rose

The first Artist guitar to feature a Floyd Rose tremolo system! The GNOSIS6FR is a variant of our popular GNOSIS6 Model.

The GNOSIS6FR is an even more adaptable, multifaceted and functional modern instrument than the GNOSIS6. It has modern appointments to suit everyone from beginners to the most dextrous shredders.
This style of electric guitar is loved by Hard Rock and Heavy Metal Guitarists and has become a classic icon of that genre.

Our Artist GNOSIS6FR (pronounced 'know-sis-6') is a versatile 6-String with an all Maple Neck, Poplar Body with Quilted Maple Veneer, Eco-Rosewood Fretboard, 24 frets with 'DOT'-shaped plastic inlays, and a set neck. It has a carved neck heel for easy high-neck access and is complete with a licensed Floyd Rose Tremolo. It is designed to achieve ultimate sustain and it delivers! This guitar plays fast with a speedy neck, and maintains tight low-end frequencies so it's great for thick warm tones, and heavy drop-tuned chugging alike.
It also has a special combination of two Medium-High output Humbuckers. This means that you can switch from fluid Neck Pickup solo runs and warm clean sounds to the more crunchy rhythms and shred guitar solos on the impressive Bridge Pickup.

This looks great and reviews I've heard are great. It's next on my list, I'll bet it will pair great with my new Valeton effects peddle from Artist also.

Absolutely stunned with this guitar! I've had no problems with it slipping out of tune, feels great in the hands and at 24 frets you can let your imagination run wild Thanks artist!!

Great Looking Guitar but Couldn't Enjoy it Straigh

By: on 3 October 2023
I am writing this review as soon as it arrived, as a first impression of the Gnosis6FR. This is my first Artist guitar and my second guitar in general (the first with a Floyd Rose). The guitar is beautiful, a stunning shade of light blue in the sun but darker out of it. Shipping was fast; it arrived within 2 days (the day after it was dispatched). Unfortunately, the high E string immediately snapped while I was tuning it up, so it's a shame I couldn't play it straight away. I can't make a full comment on the sound, considering the issue of the high E string snapping, but from what I've heard in the demo videos, it sounds warm and full, and dare I say, pretty when played clean. The tuning heads have varying levels of resistance on mine with some being considerably stiffer than the others. I'm not sure if this is normal, but my other guitars do not have this issue, so it doesn't feel that smooth to tune. However, if you are attracted to the visuals of this guitar, I can safely say that I would pay the full price for the finish alone.
