What's Covered:

If you're not completely satisfied with the quality of any of our products, we'll be happy to arrange a free return of you product for exchange or full refund, including any shipping charges.  This also covers instances where you may have bought the wrong size or if you simply change your mind.  
If you do require a return, just Open a Support Ticket and we'll either send you a reply paid label for CourierPost or arrange for a collection.  This will depend on your location and the product you purchased. If you have any trouble your can contact us.

 

The Best Returns Policy in the Business!

  1. The 100 day returns period begins on receipt of the goods.
  2. Artist Guitars will always cover the cost of returns. Returns will incur no cost to the customer.
  3. The customer can chose whether to accept a full refund or exchange.
  4. If the customer opts for a refund, Artist Guitars will refund the full purchase price including and shipping fees paid by the customer. This will be paid back to the method used to pay for the original purchase.  Customers will be notified by email once this has occurred.
  5. Once the item is received by Artist Guitars the refund or exchange will be processed within 48 hours.
  6. If your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately to assist with our insurance claim. 

 

Only 3 Simple Conditions:

  1. Free Returns are only valid to the original purchaser and only available in Australia and New Zealand.
  2. Item must be returned in its original packaging, in a condition that is suitable for resale.
  3. Customers are limited to 5 x Money Back Guarantee returns per calendar year. Any Money Back Guarantee returns after the initial 5 in a calendar year will incur a restocking fee equal to 20% of the initial purchase price. Warranty returns, damaged in transit or faulty products do not fall under this limitation according to customer statutory rights.
